- 2007 - Founding of United Hydrogen Group, Inc., USA.
- 2009 - Start-up of a gaseous hydrogen plant in Charleston, TN, USA.
- 2011 - Test operation at a hydrogen filling station. New York, NY, USA, JFK Airport, 100 kg/day.
- 2012 - Start of liquid hydrogen transportation and trade in the USA. Purchase of cryo trailers from NASA.
- 2015 - Approval of liquid hydrogen production project with U.S. government support (USDA, Department of Agriculture).
- 2017 - Start of construction of a liquid hydrogen production plant in Charleston, TN, USA.
- 2019 - Establishment of HENRY IF SICAV Inc. sub-fund HYDROGEN1 and commencement of project financing in the USA.
- 2019 - Commencement of operations of the liquid hydrogen plant. Capacity 6.5 t/d (2021, 10 t/d).
- 2020 - Merger of UHG with Plug Power Inc. Transaction value 65 million EUR. USD 150 million (today USD 150 million).
- 2021 - Establishment of the HYDROGEN2 sub-fund for projects in the EU. Preparation of the fund's hydrogen strategy.
- 2021 - HYDROGEN1 fund performance reached 300% investor appreciation in the first 2 years of existence. The fund closed to new investors.
- 2022 - Renewable energy projects launched in the EU - Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, and Serbia.
